Sacro Cuore catholic university, moved its Cremona headquarters from its current location in Palazzo Ghisalberti in via Milano to the new Campus Santa Monica in via Bissolati. The new headquarters is built within the complex of the former Goito Barracks and includes the ancient cloister structure of the former Santa Monica Convent and the mighty military structure of the Warehouse Carri.
The intervention concerned the ground floor of the buildings of the “Dominicanum” and “Franciscanum” for the construction of the New Student Career Services Center, and provided for the distribution reorganization of the spaces intended for office and secretarial activities of the University.
Restoration and conservative rehabilitation of the main façade which involved the replacement of the irremediably compromised parts and the consolidation of the residual ones, both stone and brick masonry.
Following the decision of the University Direction to unify all the Faculty Secretariats and the activities strictly connected to this exercise in a single area, the need arose to redistribute and redesign the external areas of the “Dominicanum” and the “Franciscanum”.
The intervention concerned the first floor of the building located in via L. Necchi, 9/11 for the construction of the new Educatt offices. The project provided for the reorganization of the distribution of spaces for office activities of the University, through a new organizational redistribution of existing environments. The intervention has foreseen interventions of construction and building systems engineering.
The project saw the identification and realization of the new headquarters of the consultancy and training company Awair Italia.
The new offices occupy the ninth floor of a building in the Central Station area in Milan, for a total area of 370 square meters.
The project as a whole covered several floors and several buildings included in the Elvezia Buisness Park real estate complex in Monza (MB), head quarter of Synlab Italia S.r.l.
The choice at the base of the project proposal was to realize a uniform intervention consisting of three loculi blocks, which constitutes an independent microcosm surrounded by the multiplicity of the facades of the existing family chapels.
The Joanneum college is an accommodation facility located within the Campus of the Catholic University of the Sacro Cuore- A. Gemelli Polyclinic in Rome.
The intervention involved the construction of 9 beds for guest use. In support of the rooms there are common services such as kitchen, dining room, living room and meeting room.
