The designed building is spread over 4 floors above ground:

Ground floor: 

• socialization areas: bar, restaurant, multipurpose rooms, place for worship;
• areas for assessment and therapies: gym, clinic, individual therapies, hairdresser / podiatrist area services general: staff changing rooms, kitchen, storage rooms and funeral homes.

• First floor:
  40 p.l. RSA divided into two units of 20 beds each – the two cores share some core services
  
• Second floor:
  40 p.l. RSA divided into two units of 20 beds each – the two cores share some core services
  
• Third floor:
  40 p.l. RSA divided into two units of 20 beds each – the two cores share some core services

Particular attention was paid to the study of the paths and the typical room.

The rooms have been designed with maximum flexibility so that by coupling them they can be transformed into protected apartments.
